Please contact us within 30 days after you receive the products providing you find them defective, damaged or faulty due to our mistake caused unconsiously, we will arrange return or exchange for free. (Please ensure that the products are in the original conditions and of no artificial damage, furthermore, the labels should be integral and the package should be complete, otherwise we will deduct depreciation fees accordingly.) If you want to exchange for other different products, we will refund you any over-payment or require a supplemental payment for any deficiency according to the actual prices of the products.
Please contact us within 30 days after you receive the products providing you need to return or exchange for any personal reason，you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, if you want to get refund, we will take 5.98 USD for each item off your refund after receiving the returning parcel and your refund will be returned to your paypal account with 1-3 working days after receiving your returning products. If you want to exchange, you should pay us 5.98 USD as the postage of each item for replacement.
